Yes, Masterworks supports all mobile devices, even the iPAD.
Q: What are the different plans through which I can use Masterworks?
Masterworks is offered as two model, the subscription model and the license purchase model. In the Subscription Model, Masterworks is offered as an online service by Aurigo. In the License Purchase Model, Masterworks is hosted at your site with your servers.
Q: Do I need to install Masterworks on every user's system?
Since the subscription model of Masterworks is a web application, you do not require any installation.
Q: How long does it take to install Masterworks? From the time of Purchase of Masterworks,

The subscription model of Masterworks is available as an online service, and there is no installation procedure, and therefore no time involved. Once you have completed the Registration and Sign-Up Procedure, the solution will be available to your organization within 48 hours. If you are purchasing the licensed version, then our team of professionals will help you perform an installation on a server in your IT environment.

Unlike other enterprise solutions which take months for implementation to be completed before your start using them, you can start using Masterworks within hours of your purchase. Once you have completed the Registration and Sign-Up Procedure, the solution will be available to your organization within 48 hours. Masterworks comes with all of the business processes you are used to out-of-the-box, and it can also be configured to meet your needs. Q: I do not have an IT team or IT infrastructure to manage the solution; can I use Masterworks without worrying about the IT team and infrastructure?
The subscription model for Masterworks allows you to use it as a service, without any involvement of an IT team or any sophisticated IT infrastructure for maintenance. All you require is a PC/Laptop/iPAD/Tablet running any standard Web Browser (Like Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera,etc.) and an internet connection. If you do purchase the on premise license we will train your IT team to install the solution or allocate our IT resources to set it up for you at a nominal fee.

Masterworks is a simple and easy to use solution. The user interface has been designed with the end-user in mind. Masterworks has been designed with a similar look and feel as Microsoft™ Outlook; this will ensure your team is comfortable using the solution from day one.

Q: How do I know that my data is secure on the internet?
Masterworks uses industry standard encryption keeping your most sensitive information safe. Additionally, the product is SSAE 16 certified which further ensures that your sensitive data is kept secure.
Q: Where is my data located physically?
Your data is stored in a world-class data center. Our data centers are also used by government agencies and industry.
Q: How do I know my data is safe?
A strong data backup plan is employed by database experts to ensure your data is safe. Regular backups scheduled for daily, weekly and monthly periods protect of your critical project information.
Q: How can I be assured that all Masterworks Users do not have access to confidential information?
Masterworks secures data and access security by controlling user role permissions. You can configure different roles, each with different access permissions for each set of data. Based on what role a user is assigned to, he/she will be able to access information.
Q: How do I access Masterworks?
Once you have chosen the option to purchase Masterworks, you will be provided with a URL. To access your account, copy the URL and paste it on to your web browser. You will also be provided with a username and password.
Q: Can I provide access to all my project users on Masterworks?
Yes, user management in Masterworks allows you to add and manage users. You can add users, configure their roles and determine their permissions in each module.
Q: Can I upload any type of documents?
Yes, Masterworks supports various documents such as approved drawings, agreements, reports, records of implemented safety measures, project files, lists, site and construction images, and other relevant documents of projects. Different files can be attached and maintained in the Document Library.
Q: What happens if I do not have the necessary software to view different documents and files such as drawing, images, word documents, excel etc.?
Masterworks supports viewing of any file irrespective of the availability of the software. For example, you can open a Microsoft Word document without installing Microsoft Word on your machine.
Q: I want my architect to review my drawings, but I do not want to keep multiple copies. I would prefer my architect reviews the documents on Masterworks and also save his save his comments for further reference.
Your architect can login to Masterworks and review the drawing. He can also save annotations on the file for reference in future. In addition Masterworks allows you to route documents for approval.
Q: Does Masterworks support version control of my documents? Can I review all the versions of document?
Yes, Masterworks support version control. You will be able to retrieve and access all the previous versions of a document.
Q: Can I change the business process to suit my organization's processes?
Yes. Masterworks comes with industry standard pre-configured workflows that you can change to suit your business needs.
Q: Will I be notified of key developments in the project?
Yes. Masterworks allows you to configure email alerts to notify you of any activity. In addition to this, Masterworks comes with pre-configured dashboard reports which provide alerts based on various project criteria.

Masterworks maintains completely traceable history of the transitions occurred on every record. You can view all historical data using the History option for each document or record.

When a user logs into the solution, he/she will see his/her InBox which lists all the pending tasks across all business processes and documents.
